Bio Pages (working versions)
The Distance Education Department will be hosting faculty taught tutorials about the various online teaching programs offered by USF Sarasota. BlackBoard, Elluminate and Video Conferencing will be among the topics covered by our guest speakers. These bio pages were created as handouts for the event which will take place on September 10, 2010 at 10:30 am in the Selby Auditorium. We would like to thank all our guest speakers for their help. 
Info-Commons Poster
New poster for the info-commons on the 2nd floor of the USF Sarasota-Manatee building. Starting this year students will be able to rent out different technology equipment such as cameras, webcams, flip cams, headsets and tripods for approved projects with a faculty signature. This new service is brought to you by the Distance Education department and the tech fee project.

Distance Education Logo 2.0
This is the new logo design for the Distance Education Department. We decided to go with a more compact version in addition to the previous post. Lets see what Dale thinks and we'll go from there.

Distance Education Logo
I completed this logo for my department head Dale Drees. It represents the Distance Education department at USF Sarasota which focuses primarily on helping students and teachers with online resources such as Blackboard, Elluminate and video conferencing. I'm not sure if we're going with text in the logo or not. Lets hope they like it!
Logo for the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management
I recently completed this logo project for the USF Sarasota School of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the request of their department head. Although these are merely mock ups I feel they have potential for positive branding within the USF community.
